Joe is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Joe Hardee Investment Management (JHIM). Joe was a First Vice President and Financial Advisor for 27 years at Morgan Stanley and its predecessor firm Smith Barney. He joined Smith Barney in 1997 from Prudential Securities where he served clients for close to 10 years. Many of his clients from those early days at Prudential Securities or their children are still with him today. Joe earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 1986. JHIM is affiliated with Xcelsior Advisor Partners, a Registered Investment Advisor.
Joe lives and works in Miami Beach, however his clients live all over the country. With a mix of travel for in-person meetings and video conferencing, he aims to provide consistent client engagement and service.
Outside of work, he enjoys travel, fine dining, reading, and spending time with family and friends
